The first WWE professional wrestling game release in 1987 for Commodore 64 and Atari ST and in 1989 for Amiga and DOS. The game was developed by Micro League Multimedia Inc.
In-game visual
The game pixelared visual includes images of wrestlers being interviewed by Mean Gene or doing images of wrestlers in the ring doing moves which was selected by the player.
Pre-match interview
The interview happend before the match and includes text said by Mean Gene and the wrestler respectively. On the photo we see Jake "The Snake" Roberts delivering a promo
Gameplay
The gameplay is quite simple and was based on a turn-based strategy. The player will choose a move from the wrestler's moveset and their opponent does the same. Moves will be successful depending on the situation.
Wrestlers has five basic moves, four major moves and one super move which dealt two, four and six damage points respectively. Face wrestlers can attempt a special move which make them gain momentum and recover health while Heel wrestlers can do dirty moves but can risk a disqualification. The moves are accompanied by images and text from commentators.

This game was the first game for the WWE and was quite simple and entertaining for a wrestling game at the time and it can take a job and do it well.
